Reliability
We perform reliability tests on components to verify their effectiveness, resistance and efficiency. For example, we perform humidity-temperature cycles on materials or salt spray corrosion tests, not only on metals but also on plastics, paints and glues.
Climatic chamber
We check the climatic resistance of the different materials thanks to a machine that can work from about -40 to +180°C and from 0 to 100% humidity, which we can also use as a simple controlled environment.
Reverse engineering
We have laser and contact scanners to recreate mathematical models of products and components and verify their compatibility when changing supplies.
Packaging tests
We perform compression tests, handling tests, vibration and fall tests to verify the efficiency and ability of the packaging to protect and preserve the integrity of the product.
